Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing by email or Facebook Messenger to us by 11:59 pm where the property is located on the appropriate day. The cancellation policy you choose from below will supersede your rental agreement with us.  

 

• Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% deposit refund

 

• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund

• Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to the start of the rental period will result in the loss of the deposit
